Tucson Elites were treated to an exquisite food and rum tasting with Caribbean flare, led by Travis Reese, owner of Saint House Island Bistro & Rum Bar. A collection of over 60 rums makes this a one of a kind destination. From taro chips to tostones (fried plantains), a trio of ceviche, cubano sammies and spicy jerk chicken skewers- this tasting packed a punch! Pair these signature happy hour items with their rotating Rum Punch of the day or a Daiquiri (which we did) and you're no longer in Tucson.

"Thanks to the concoction demos, I got to see the "behind the scene" magic happening in front of my eyes so I knew what I was drinking! I'm not a big drinker, but I'm a fan of rum, especially Saint House's. The cocktails were sophisticated and refreshing, and the food was exotic and fun." yelper, Shijie F.

A huge thank you to Travis and the team at Saint House for a flavorful and informative event. it was truly one of a kind! Read the rave reviews here and event photos on our flickr page, courtesy of Pedro Romano Photography.

Saint House Island Bistro & Rum Bar offers Happy Hour Daily until 6pm. All shareable appetizers are 1/2 off. All ceviches are $1 off. Sandwiches ala carte for $8. Drink specials include $5 cocktails and Rum Punch, $4 wine by the glass, beer on tap $3.
