LA East Elites brought their appetites for a Southeast Asian culinary adventure at ShopHouse on Sunday, June 29th. The menu included ingredients typically found in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore all displayed in a DIY fashion. Elites had the opportunity to get creative with these authentic ingredients including: Grilled Chicken Satay, Grilled Steak Laab, Green Beans, Tamarind Vinaigrette, Green Papaya Slaw, and Toasted Rice.
