The summer time is here and what's better than grilling and chilling with your friends? This month, Yelp Elites were invited to check out Roofer's Union. Located in the heart of Adams Morgan, the menu is overseen by RAMMY nominated chef, Marjorie Meek-Bradley.

Yelpers beat the heat with the restaurant's signature punch which took home the top winning prize at Cochon 555 this year and noshed on nibbles that included housemade sausage in pretzel rolls, chicken skewers, black quinoa sliders, Sriracha fried chicken sliders, French Onion dip, fresh made potato chips, potato salad, and barbeque ribs.

To get guests summer grilling ready, Yelp created a DIY Spice Rub station where Elites were  allowed to create their own recipes or tried and true favorites. It was an unforgettable, summer evening!
