Manchester Yelpers Go On An 'Indian Odyssey'

It's safe to say that us Mancunians enjoy a curry but invite 26 Yelpers to an evening of cookery classes and an Indian banquet and we all turn out to love the stuff!

We rocked up at the excellent Dilli in Altrincham for 7pm and after a complimentary mango lassi headed upstairs for an hour long cookery class, with a bit of a background to the history of India in general and how the different regions help shape it's cuisine.

After we handed out some Indian dessert prizes to the best 'amateur chefs' we headed downstairs for a fantastic Indian banquet, some more complimentary beers and wines and even got a glimpse of the kitchen and saw how everything was made from the head chef.

What an amazing night and you can read our reviews here and see our photos here

A big thanks to all the managers and staff at Dilli for an amazing night and you can also find them on Facebook and Twitter
