At this super special Elite Event, 20 Elites donned eye masks and dined on 4 courses of Urban Bar & Brasserie's brand new spring menu. Starting with fish soup, followed by goats cheese pannacotta the Elites were delighted to unveil the main of salmon & scallops en papilliotte with ginger, spring onion & sticky rice. Finally we tried the lemongrass crème brulee with saffron shortbread. All dishes were served with matching wines and we were well and truley spoiled by Urban Bar & Brasserie!
