Hartford's Got Local Love For Flatbread Company

Yelp Flatbreads 02

On Wednesday night, Yelp Elites got a hefty dose of local love at Flatbread Company in Canton. While learning about the restaurant's methods of sourcing local, organic ingredients, guests enjoyed a magnificent spread of salad with local goat cheese and flatbreads topped with the restaurant's own wood-fired cauldron tomato sauce. House pressed maple lemonade and Olde Burnside Brewing's delightful Ten Penny Ale added to a delicious evening of sampling, sipping and mingling by the warmth of Flatbread's clay pizza oven. Thank you to Flatbread and Olde Burnside Brewing for a wonderful event! For the photos by Nick Caito, take a peek on Flickr, and check out the stellar event reviews here
