Everyone already knows it's "Neat to be Elite" but things sure do get classy when you're a Gold Elite! An intimate group of Gold Elites and their guests were invited to put on their fancy red and white attire for an exclusive four course wine dinner at Shiki Sushi Wednesday evening. A perfect venue setting for a fire and ice themed party, the table was set with Red Hot flower arrangements and each guest checked in for their very own Yelp etched Riedel wine glass. This four course dinner was no joke, passed sushi appetizers followed by: Siracha honey shrimp, a baby spinach salad, an entree choice of veal, chicken, or salmon, and individual baked Alaska desserts. Each course was paired with the finest of wines provided by Fine Wine Trading Co. The fan favorite for the wines was without a doubt a dessert wine, Trentadue Chocolate Amore it was unlike any chocolate wine anyone has ever tasted.
