The Triad Experiences Big Taste On Small Plates

On Monday night Triad Elites had the joy of sampling some of Chef Tim Bocholis creations at Bistro B in Kernersville accompanied by some Mardi Gras flair. From roasted beet salad to beef carpaccio Elites got a taste of things a touch out of their normal ordering repitore. The Greek, Spanish, and French influence of the restaurant was not to be missed based on the variety of dishes Elites tasted.
