The Chester, a new face in Meatpacking's Gansevoort Hotel hosted a gaggle of Manhattan Elites for an indulgent taste of their upcoming spring menu. The whimsical 8-course feast included everything from Chilean sea bass with cucumber sorbet, red bell paper (not pepper - this was paper thin and delicious), and miso brioche crumble to a unique tequila lime stuffed cupcake to end the meal on a sacchiferiously piquant note. Not to be outdone, The Chester's signature rosemary infused vodka cocktail "The Sawdust" paired perfectly throughout the night, as did their toothsome Aperol Spritz and variety of white and red wine options. To quote an excited Tony L., "The vibe, service, menu, flavors and complete experience of dining here was perfect."
