Grand Central Hotel treated Elites to a glass of sparkling rosé on arrival. We then ascended to the private dining room at Tempus and indulged in a four-course dinner with matching wines (red, white and rosé!) so by the time we reached dessert, there was talk of smuggling the cheeseboards home for later! When we retired to Champagne Corner for a tasting session, James treated us to three lovely glasses of Champagne while we gazed over the station concourse.
