With roots stemming from Porto Alegre, Brazil living the cattle rancher’s life and feasting in the traditional rodizio style native to this region, the partners at Texas de Brazil had visions of bringing this culture north to the United States. The unique concept offers diners a parade of meats and an extravagant seasonal salad area. After years of hoping and dreaming, this rodizio vision became a reality. After launching the first location in Texas, they've headed east to combine the culture and feast of Brazil with the service and class of New York City... and last night's Yelp Elite Event was indeed classy. Succulent meats combined with mouth watering (and addicting!) Pao De Queijo and an endless array of signature wines and caipirinhas made for quite the Tuesday night in the Upper East Side.
