Papercup showed us what they do best at our January Elite Event – coffee and food! We were given a coffee roasting demonstration (prescision is key!) and then treated to a coffee tasting – espresso, latte, Americano and flat whites were all popular choices! Then they wheeled out the big guns – some tasty treats! Menu samples included vegetable broth, French toast, chorizo & tomato bake with feta and pulled pork brioche!
