Yelpers gathered at Strip hot spot Savoy for a night of savoring and sipping. Savoy has been serving up a fabulous scene of dining and nightlife for the past couple years and it was a wonderful experience for Elites to get a peek into how they keep it such a popular destination.
Executive Chef Kevin Watson conducted a cooking demonstration and answered attendees burning culinary questions. On the other side we had Bar Manager Ty Kerstetter movin' and shakin' some cocktails, including their signature cotton candy martini!
All the while guests were able to nibble on Pulled Pork with Apple mousse and Crispy Pork Belly with Sweet potato chip and Chive garnish, Golden Beet, Pomegranate,Black eyed pea, Arugula and goat cheese salad, Thanksgiving in a Bite: Oven Roasted Turkey, Cornbread Stuffing, Cranberry sauce kissed with Orange and topped with Pumpkin Pie all in one bite, Sweet Potato Cheese cake with a Cardamon Graham Cracker crust and dessert of mouth watering Milk and Chocolate Chip cookie Panna cotta with a White Chocolate Peppermint Bark.
