"Why throw one party when you can throw seven?" Yup, that was our approach when we turned 2 in Melbourne recently.
On Monday we Released The Yeast! With Bread from Rustica and wine from Vinteloper, Yelpers were treated to an educational night learning about how yeast helps to make these two foodie favourites shine!
On Tuesday it was time for a Cocktail Caper! Yelper's put on their best outfits and headed to Double Happiness and New Gold Mountain for a night of fun! drinks from Flor de Cana, cake from LuxBite and artisan Swiss cheese from The Red Cow.
On Wednesday we got together with Yelpers to drink coffee and energise for the rest of the week. On Thursday it was time to shop! We headed to the Flinders Lane precinct for some late night shopping and wrapped gifts and fed visitors delicious Brunetti chocolates. Yum!
Those with kids were not forgotten, with a Friday night family baking class at Brasserie Bread. Of course, if there's one way to keep the kids happy it's by feeding them lots of cake and giving them hot chocolates from Grounded Pleasures. Sorry to the parents who had to try and get them to sleep later in the night!
The weather was superb, the views amazing and the lines long! We drank cider, cocktails, organic soda, Prosecco and beer. Yelpers drank us dry. The dudes from Trumer saved the day with another keg!
There was lots of skin and some balloons too. We ate delicious things - sweet, savoury and imaginative!
