Yelp Uncorked! Fort Worth Elites Visit Times Ten Cellars
On Thursday, September 5th, Fort Worth Yelp Elites were invited to wine and dine at Times Ten Cellars, a gorgeous and unique wine bar in the burgeoning cultural district. Nestled in their private, cozy, and eclectic "Barrel Room," Elites tasted several Times Ten wines, including their Malbec, Chardonnay, Muscat Blanc, and Grenache Syrah. The pours were of plenty, and Yelpers were lucky enough to hear about Times Ten's very own vineyard in Alpine, Texas.
To make the evening even more exceptional, KIND Healthy Snacks and In A Pickle Foods came out to shower the Elites with delicious samples. KIND brought two fantastic bars to pair with wine; Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt and Madagascar Vanilla Almond. In A Pickle, a local business that makes "splendiferously different fine foods," brought appetizers that featured their products: artisan bread with pimento cheese and Sweet & Spicy Pickles, plus peanut butter and Peach Cinnamon Jam pinwheels.
Tae S claims that In A Pickle's peach jam was so awesome, she could see herself "eating it out of the jar with a big spoon!" And Jessica N writes that the "spicy pickles + pimento cheese = a party in" her "mouth!" In addition, Stella Y tells us that the "KIND bars were delicious and their reps were super friendly." Elites mixed and mingled, drank exquisite wine, and snacked on cuisine made with love.
"What a fun, sophisticated event," says Reena D. "I sipped with my pinky up!" Chuck B sums up the evening beautifully: "Wonderful venue, great people, food so good it was gone if you weren't sitting nearby, and good wine to wash it down." A giant thank you goes out to Times Ten Cellars, KIND, and In A Pickle for making our latest Fort Worth Elite event one of the best yet.
Until next time,
