Charlotte Elites Ring The Bell For Brinnertime At Leroy Fox
Take the infamous brunching scene of the Queen City, land on one of the premier locations for brunch-y items and mimosas, and speckle in some of the finest folks there are in town – Yelp Elites. It was another night for the Charlotte Squad met with plenty of lazy Sunday-ing, loungewear, and endless mimosas….and beer-mosas.
Joining the forces of hungry Elites and the extensive Brunch menu of Leroy Fox, the smattering of comestibles was in full swing – granola and strawberry parfait, fried chicken biscuits, French toast sticks, and plenty of breakfast casserole. Will H notes, “Breakfast for dinner is never a bad idea, but it's especially nice when we got to try a number of different options from the kitchen here.”
New Belgium Brewing met those seeking suds with plenty of Beer-Mosas – New Belgium Trippel Belgian and OJ. Chad E pays wordful homage – “Regardless, once the Beermosas were flowing - and had moved from "what, beer and orange juice?" to "not bad" to "that's pretty good, can I have another?" Much schwag from NB was onboard as well, including a menagerie of postcard coasters which could be filled out and sent from the brewery. Cool? Nay, stupendous.
If you had thought that lazy Sunday couldn’t be any more relaxing, a large contingent of our squad adorned themselves in their favorite PJs and other lazy day attire. Amy C recalls, “The Elites who did it up in true night-night fashion last night looked fantastic. The onesies were awesome, along with the robes, critter slippers and flannel PJ's.” Onsies: The true mark of a great time.
