Last week, Chicagoland Elites battled through a near-blizzard to meat up at the Yelp SMASH! Elite Event at Smashburger Elmhurst. Elites were treated to sides of flash-fried veggies, battered and fried pickles and copius amounts of rosemary and sea salt-dusted french fries, a bevy of burgers and ended on the seasonal salted caramel milkshake that brought all the Yelps to the yard. Between the Windy City, Mushroom Swiss, Classic Smash, Avocado Club, BBQ, Bacon & Cheddar, Spicy Veggie Black Bean Burgers as well as the Cucumber & Goat Cheese Chicken and Crispy Buffalo Chicken, everyone left stuffed with divine amounts of Smashburger's prime bovine and got the opportunity to try their hand at smashing their own patties after getting schooled on the art of grilling by Smashburger's superstar staff, then were sent home with gift bags full of Yelp schwag, Smashburger bucks and more!
