The February Frame Up! Yelp Edmonton's Elite Event At Eye Care Group.

February 7th, 2013 was the night of The February Frame Up!

The Yelp Elite Squad in Edmonton came together to celebrate and frame how amazing it is to be an Elite Yelper in the City of Champions! There was fantastic food, fun rum, fabulous bubbly and photos, oh were there photos!! All of this and more as Yelp YEG kicked off the Twenty Thirteen Elite Events season in high style - At The Eye Care Group!!

In true February fashion, romance was all around. And how can your heart not feel a flutter while sipping pink bubbly! The lovely Miss Julie was on site with Secco Italian Bubbles: "A sparkling wine that is just right, not too sweet and just crisp enough to leave me wanting more! The bottle is sexy, very appropro for V-day - It's PINK!" exclaimed Kristin K. The bevy of the evening that Juan everybody's heart was definitely the remarkable rum from Columbia, Juan Santos. Whether you tried the 5, 9, 12 or 21yr aged rum; the love for it was on everyone's lips! "I tried them all straight so I could get a feel for the difference in the mixing and tasting versions. The 21 year old was great...I spent five minutes just smelling the buttery caramel aroma." Mused Derek F.

What's a party without food, and what is February without sweet treats?! The lovely artisan desert cheese boards prepared from Sobeys provided the impromptu game of 'Guess This Cheese'. But the masses were amazed by the sinful selection of delectable pastries provided by Dauphine Bakery. Aditya R admitted, "I enjoyed the mini eclair and the lemon tarts were..... mmm, tarty! Anything Dauphine does is good and this was not an exception." And when the mini meringues melted on your tongue, I had to cry; "this is like Valentine's Day in your mouth!"

Yes, the night was a smashing success! Many were spectacles sceptical of the venue, Eye Care Group, but when you walked in the door it was a dazzeling display of chic chandeliers, glitzy glasses and an ode to Vday with Kids Valentine cards, candles, Conversational Candy Hearts and cherry red Jelly Belly's in various vases all through the room. And Congrats to Janine E who won the box of chocolates from sensational Sweet Lollapalooza!

The extraordinarily talented, Dave Tameling set up a circus of a Photo booth with a plethora of fun props and stunning Fascinators provided by ECG's Andie. "As always the photo booth was great. The props were fantastic - I loved those fascinators!" gushed Karlie M. The night was definitely was a free for all of fun frames, fab food, fantastic photos seriously outstanding libations! Thanks to all that attended, you make my yelpy heart jump with joy!
