Yelp's Brisbane Happy Cabin Elite Event

It was a balmy eve when Yelp’s Brisbane Elite crew gathered in the astro-turfed grounds of Two Trees Espresso Bar and the cosy Happy Cabin in West End. More than 30 Yelpers sipped Magners new range of Summer ciders with refreshing flavours including Orange and Honey, Pear with a hint of Ginger and Berries with Peach.

Our Cabin was quickly overcome with the delicious fragrance of fresh waffles from The Iron Ladies. The King Harald (Norweigan Brown Cheese and Raspberry Jam), Queen Sonja (Sour Cream and Raspberry Jam), and their Chorizo fried in Organic Apple Cider and Bay Leaf Smokey Mayonnaise with Queso Manchego Cheese waffle were just some of the favourites of the night. 

Thanks to Grill’d West End we also enjoyed mini burgers and guests were hooked on L’Miao Bakery gluten-free s’mores brownies. 

Before the night was over it was time for a round of hipster trivia. The prize? A Herschel Backpack from The Happy Cabin the trophy prize. Yelper Caitlin H was our ultimate hipster walking home with a fancy new Herschel on her back.
