Orlando Yelp Elites Get Pampered at Halo Salon
Today we are launching Yelp's Passport to Ivanhoe Village and Yelp Elites got the first taste Thursday evening at the swanky Halo Salon and Spa.
Halo provides Orlando and Ivanhoe Village with the very best in hair care, color, and cutting techniques with an atmosphere to relax and indulge. Halo team members are expertly trained, energetic, creative and excited to provide everyone with individually tailored care and expertise. The owners of Halo Salon and Spa, Ryan Delarosa and Bekka Vania, did just that during our event, welcoming each and every yelper with a smile and handshake. They have taken over the historic midcentury modern building to create a dynamic sense of style and elegance with a beautiful view of Lake Formosa.

Yelpers checked out various hair demonstrations, complimentary color extentions, waterfall braids, chair massages and esthetician samples. We really were pampered with all the options available at Halo.We noshed on a variety of tasty treats thanks to the addictive Swanky Sweets and tasty local caterer, Jeanine Gage.
"After I was feeling quite Zen I enjoyed some fabulous Salted Caramel Brownies from Swanky Sweets; love, love, yum! Along with the tasty treats, Halo Salon had a wonderful spread of appetizers laid out. They have a fab caterer who they use for their artist receptions that take place about every six weeks." - Kelli M.

Complimentary Nawgan, various fall beers and wine graced our pallets along with a lovely Florida Tea cocktail. Rockin' funk kepts us bouncin' thanks to Halo resident DJ: OMGIt'sBecky Raffles for a bag full of products and goodies were held and ten lucky winners took home a bag full of products and gift cards thanks to Halo Salon. Also, each attendee received a free ticket to attend the Lake Mary Fall Festival that took place Saturday. Our Yelpers love to attend great, local events!
"The food was delicious, the energy drinks were much appreciated after a night of eating delicious brownies and pumpkin beer. AND I won a free bag of goodies in the raffle. Seriously this is the first time I think I have ever won anything, ever. Super exciting!
