Yelp SF Elites New BFF @ Buyer's Best Friend Wholesale & Mercantile

Remember when it was 1911 in San Francisco, when the post-quake Cambrian explosion of artisan goods took over our fair city with craft popcorn, hand balms, vibrant vittles, dashing elixirs, gramophones & other delicacies from around the world? If you happened to not be there, Buyer's Best Friend Wholesale & Mercantile has recreated said explosion in their shiny, new specialty shop in The Haight.

The Yelp SF Elite Squad quickly found that BBF is their new BFF. With St. Germain on hand to craft their Summer Rye & Champagne cocktails, and Rewinery to pour & pass along the dazzingly fact that through them wine can be delivered to your front door, the Elite Squad tasted the many flavors of BBF's offerings:

Bacon Hot Sauce, CC Made, Judy's Lovesticks, Botanical Bakery, Calivirgin olive oils, Nunes Farms, Community Spice Rubs, Stumptown Coffee, Amelia Caramels, Cobra Corn, Zhi Tea, Olive & Sinclair Chocolates, Slice, Inc., Blue Lotus Chai & Himalasalt Seasonings.

Every guest went home with a packed goodie bag from the generous sponsors. But only one guest of the night -- Ben H -- won a complimentary pair of general admission tickets to Project by Project's gala Plate by Plate. How'd he win? He entered the raffle by Adding a Tip with his Yelp mobile app (note that one boys & girls).

Tinna H nabbed the ol' honorary FTR: First To Review and she sums it up with:

Thanks for a great event! I'm still thinking about all those wonderful samples and trying (failing) to pace myself through the goodies I brought home. :)
