Yelp Detroit's Family Funday pleY Day!

Posted by Annette

Last week, Detroit Elites ventured out on a perfect summer evening for a most excellent family friendly pleY date at Midway Sports and Entertainment. For three action packed hours our folks had unlimited access to all the fun Midway has to offer—go karts, batting cages, eurobungee, water wars, mini golf, a driving range, bumper cars, rock climbing walls, and more! It. Was. Awesome. But don’t take our word for it! "’Woohoo! As good as it gets’ is the perfect way to describe our Yelp visit to Midway,” gushed Colette N in her 5 star recap.

In between all the max speeds and high flying flips, guests were treated to pizza from Pizza Kitchen, plenty of pop and water for hydration, sno-cones for a sweet treat, popcorn from Detroit Popcorn Company for snacking, and face painting by Curlie's Face Art for a little extra fanciness. On the way out all the kiddos were also given goodie bags packed with toys, Yelp sunnies, playing cards, and bouncy balls, candy, and 2-for-1 coupons to return to Midway for more fun in the future!

A boatload of thanks goes out to Jason and the staff at Midway for creating the most welcoming and friendly environment for our yelpers and their families. Thanks also go out to Nicole W and Yelptern Jessica B for being most excellent helpers for the evening, Doug Coombe Photography for the lovely photos, Cindy of Curlie's Face Art for the glittery goodness artfully placed on our guests' faces, and all our elites and their families for coming out and enjoying the festivities with us.
