Brinner. Breakfast for Dinner. Of course, with an all-day breakfast menu crafted by head chef Rory Doyle, the obvious hero for Brisbane's very first Elite party at Pawpaw Cafe was the food.
Last night, 30 of our yelping Elites and special guests sipped on sustainable wine from Yealand Estate and 100% Australian beers from Blue Sky Brewery while mingling and delicately devouring brinner delights like pikelets with passionfruit mascarpone, black pudding with apple and jalapeno relish crostini, potato hash with tomato relish, and perhaps the stand-out of the evening: peanut butter and jelly french brioche toast and cereal milk custard with smashed brownie and praline.
Thank you to the Elites, Yelpers and guests who braved the cold for Yelp's very first Elite event in Brisbane. A big thank you, of course, goes to the team at Pawpaw Cafe who were a huge support, Yealand Wines and Blue Sky Brewery who got the night off to a great start and our photographer Janet Pogorelc.
See you at the next on and SYOY until then!
