Het derde Yelp feest in Antwerpen was duizend keer beter dan de voetbalwedstrijd Spanje-Portugal. Véél meer actie bij Yelp dan op het veld! Lombardia, de veggie-heaven bij uitstek, was de ontmoetingsplaats van meer dan 60 yelpers op een zonnige zomeravond!
Alain Indria van Lombardia zorgde voor dead-hippie-cocktails met koude gingerlove thee, rode wijn en rietsuiker, veggie versnapperingen met guacamole en magic mushroom. De Antwerpse Yelpers waren blij en uitgelaten aan het praten en genieten op het terras toen ze werden binnengeroepen voor een speciale voorstelling!
Maud N speechte en op luid applaus van het publiek werd William Boeva aangekondigd, een stand-up comedian van formaat! Er werd een half uur lang gelachen en gehuild van het lachen. Alain Indria gaf daarna een emotionele speech dat deze zaak dit jaar 40 jaar bestaat!
Lombardia is wereldberoemd kan je wel stellen; niet alleen de kleine Antwerpenaar is fan ook de wijde wereld is hier al komen genieten van Alain’s Gingerlove, sapjes en overheerlijk veggie broodjes. Niet de minste zoals Sting, Faithless, Tiesto, Moby, Steve-O, Jonsi, Kim Clijsters, Eliza Doolittle,…You name it!
Van harte wil ik Alain Indria en het hele Lombardia team bedanken voor de drankjes, de hapjes, de sfeer en hun glimlach! Nog een zeer oprechte dankuwel aan Sien Josephine Teijssen de fotograaf van dienst die prachtige foto's van dit event maakte. En lieve Yelpers, jullie natuurlijk voor de grote opkomst! Ilse V : Op naar het volgende event, weer met toffe Yelpers? Ik geraak altijd aan de klap met mensen die ik niet of niet goed ken, in deze sociale media wereld toch speciaal, niet?
Sigal R : Dead hippies rule !! Wat 'n heerlijke gezonde Lombardia cocktail op het yelp event, gingerlove met rode wijn en crushed ice, yummie !! Sowieso altijd een relaxed, no nonsens place to be!
Bart G : Ook de vegetarische hapjes waren zeker te pruimen. (moet ik eerlijk toegeven als hardcore carnivoor :-))Stand-up comedian William zorgde voor de komische noot, of eerder het komische nootje, om het in zijn zelfrelativerende woorden te zeggen :-)Volgende keer zijn we zeker weer van de partij!

The third edition of the Yelp Party in Antwerp was thousand times more interesting than the football match Spain-Portugal. You could find more action at the party then on the field!. Lombardia,vegan heaven "par excellence" was the meeting spot of 60 and more Yelpers on a sunny summer eve.
Alain Indria, owner of Lombardia provided us with sumptuous dead hippie cocktails with cold gingerlove tea, red wine and sugar accompagnied by tasting veggie snacks with guacamole and magic mushroom. The Antwerp Yelpers were excited and happy when they were called in for a special surprise performance.
Maud N gave a speech to the crowd and introduced William Boeva, a famous Antwerp stand-up comedian, to raptuous applaus. For half an hourthe crowd was brought to tears and laughs. Alain Indria also gave an emotional speech about the 40 years existence of Lombardia.

I would like to thank Alain Indria and his team at Lombardia for bringing a wonderful atmosphere, drinks food and simes! Ilse V : On to the next event, hopefully with nice Yelpers again? At every event I start talking to people I do not know or not very well, kinda special, not ? In this world of social media!!
Sigal R: Dead hippies rule !! What a delicious healthy Lombardia cocktail we had at the Yelp event, "gingerlove with red wine and crushed ice", so yummie!!Anyhow, Lombardia is always a very relaxed, no nonsens place to be!
Bart G : The vegetarian snacks were very nice I have to admit even though am I a hardcore carnivore! Stand-up comedian William was responsable for the great atmosphere though he is rather small :-) Next party we will be there again, for sure!
