This is the Yelp Indy Elite Squad, you see? We're heading to The Yelp Cannery, you see? That's right, we're turning Sun King Brewery into an after-hours speakeasy, with Big Green Bistro (the new, private dining mobile food bistro) and Q Tonic, and we're not going to hear a peep from you, you hear?
Elite Squad, tie your black tie, knock twice, and show us your green egg to get in the door. Then, once you're in get your Giggle Water: a prohibition citrus punch crafted by the BGB with Sun King Cream Ale. Refill your jar with Sun King's house beers: from Osiris Pale Ale to Wee Mac Scotch Ale.
Meet us in the corner for some craft sodas featuring Q Tonic & Q Ginger to tickle the back of your throat. The Q-ito: hand-picked Peruvian Quinine tonic, muddled lime juice, mint & bourbon smoked mint sugar, and The Q Tonic Fizz (shook with fresh egg whites). The Big Green Bistro will goose you with Smoking Goose bruschetta, Korean spicy short rib tacos, local cornmeal and mushroom polenta and the Hotsy-Totsy pineapple cocunut creme anglaise cake.
Once you've had your laughs, your local beer swill and grilled gifts, (safely, discreetly) Charleston your way home. Once these brewery lights go off, the Yelp Cannery, A Yelp Elite Squad Experience never happened you hear.
