Manhattan Elites Heated Up CO-OP Food & Drink Last Night!
So fresh and so clean, so chic and sexy. It was hard to believe that temperatures were in the 80s with 90% humidity yesterday as Yelp Elites rolled up to the velvet ropes in front of the Lower East Side's newest destination at the Rivington Hotel, CO-OP Food & Drink.
Riddled with modern art pieces and boasting top-caliber Chef John Keller (of Le Bernardin, Nobu fame), CO-OP invited Elites for an exclusive, early evening soiree that "was, hands down, the best Elite event Peter C had ever been to." The first of many for him! Donning sexy duds, yelpers mixed, mingled and even made it rain on the dance floor as the DJ spun classics beats.
The dangerously decadent menu included: CO-OP Chicken Lollipops, CO-OP Roll (Spicy Tuna topped with Rock Shrimp Tempura), Ceviche Tacos, Salmon Tomato Sushi, and Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice. Peter K confirms that everything was just as "melt in your mouth delicious" as it sounds!
On to the most important part of a party: the drinks! Everyone is still raving about the Pisco Portón Strawberry Margaritas "garnished with cayenne salt which gave the perfect kick" in the butt that George B needed. In addition to those saucy tipples, guests sipped on Spicebox Whiskey on the rocks which got Melanie B and her "accomplice and I ready to break it down" on the dance floor! Just in case yelpers were still thirsty, Lulu B Wines offered heavy pours of their signature Pinot Noir and Pinot Grigio from France that kept Phil H "cold and refreshed" on the hot night.
Until next time, SYOY!
