Yelp Phoenix's Boot Scootin' Elite Hoe Down
Last night, 150 lucky Phoenix Yelp Elite cowboys and cowgirls two stepped their way to Rustlers Rooste for a rootin’ tootin’ Yelp Elite Hoe Down. In true yelper fashion, guests busted out the boots, belt buckles and cowboy hats and hitched up for the night at the legendary Phoenix steakhouse. Horny, the Rooste's very own pampered bull, welcomed yelpers and if that wasn't enough, a slide eagerly awaited those brave enough to take the plunge straight to the boot scootin' night that awaited them below.
Guests sang along to a live country band and caught up with fellow friends while they munched on Rustlers Rooste favorites. Many tried fresh rattlesnake for the first time while others filled their plates with buffalo wings, deep fried cheese with marinara sauce, spinach dip, fruit, veggies, loaded potato skins, Cajun prime rib strips, fried zucchini and mushrooms, deep fried jalapeno poppers and pinwheels. Oh and who could forget about the cotton candy and ice cream cow pies to end the meal with a sweet twist!
To wash down the tasty cuisine, yelpers quenched their parched palates with signature cocktails from Absolut including specialty Yelpin Cowboy and Yelpin Cowgirl cocktails just for the occasion as well as Texas famous Shiner Bock, Shiner Blonde, Shiner Hefeweizen and vino courtesy of Jacob's Creek.
As the sunset light up the sky right in front of guest's eyes, the hoe down continued as yelpers learned how do the "cowgirl twist" in true country fashion, a magician performed his tricks, a balloon artist showed off his skills and guests didn't forget to take full advantage of the photo prop as well!
A special thank you goes out to the Rustlers Rooste Staff, Absolut, Shiner, Jacob's Creek and The Lucky Shot Photography! The night was truly memorable.
Until next time, SYOY!
