Vancouver Yelpers Live The Refined Life

Southern belles and Kentucky Derby contenders would be tickled pink with Vancouver’s Elite Party at The Refinery Monday night.

   
 

In Renee C’s words, “The bottles lined the room up high, watching Elites mingle, smile, laugh, and drink.  They had a birds-eye view of the fun and friendly people, the Maker’s Mark bourbon that flowed freely into peach-preserve drinks made lovingly by Ron Oliver and Executive Chef Michael Carter's carefully chosen and prepared canapés. One of the mixologists at the Refinery, and the maker of the peach preserves, Lauren Mote, worked the room enthusiastically, clearly passionate about her art!”

         

Of course, a few yelpers like Barry M and Rachael T had some lucky horseshoes of their own, winning tickets to the Hopscotch Scotch, Whiskey and Beer Festival, Brief Encounters: the Remix and to LTJ Bukem.
