An incredible Atlanta Party? It Ain't Nothin' but a Yelp Thang, baby!
On October 1, all of Atlanta was invited to the hippest hottest Yelp Atlanta event to date. Ambient + Studio rolled back their doors and let Yelp Elites, newbies, plus ones, and former lurkers in to their gorgeous studio space. With Yelper-contributed photography of graffiti projected on their large cyc wall, it was the perfect spot to celebrate the urban street culture of Atlanta. Let's just say that October has a lot to live up to if this is how we start it off!
You can't have a Yelp party without great food, and 7 different local restaurants provided a bevy of options for yelpers to nosh on. Mike Y spent the majority of the party around the Crawfish Shack table and Lisa B finally got to try out Sublime Doughnuts. Other highlights included the hummus from Olive Bistro, tomato bisque from Fresh to Order, Yogurberry's frozen yogurt, freshly popped corn from the Popcorn Lady, and mac and cheese from Mary Mac's. So many options!
Newbie Claude L has a date planned with Savida Sangria in the very near future after sampling their red and white pre-mixed sangrias, and Jada G found the Stunna Liqueur to be "great comfort, as it made me feel so warm on the inside." Erin D was one of many who used her new Yelp shot glass for more than a little bit of Maker's Mark.
When Royal Flush Dance Crew hit the floor the party really got going: even Ivan S busted out some killer moves. DJ Christian Weaver was up in the booth spinnin' old school favorites while Atlanta Photography got some priceless (and occasionally inappropriate shots) in a freight elevator turned photo booth. All while LeahandMark.com and Valerie O of Tot Model Photography were making sure there was photographic evidence of all the shenanigans happening on the dance floor. Raney O'Keefe and Kelvin Myers provided brought their makeup skills to up the hotness even further.

If you were able to make it out (and I know you're regretting it if you didn't!) be sure to review the event here. And also don't forget to check out the full photo collection here.
