Metro Detroit Yelpers put the "art" back in Party!

Last night, Metro Detroit Elite Squad yelpers and friends gathered at the Scarab Club - the historic artists' club nestled in amidst the cultural distract of Midtown Detroit.  With a fascinating variety of metalwork in the club's main gallery, tunes by DJ Forest J, and delectable treats from the Caucus Club, the stage was set for an artful evening at a true Detroit gem.

Guests were seduced by the ideal weather, and drawn outdoors into the Scarab Club's picture perfect garden, where they sampled gazpacho, inside-out deviled eggs, salad on pita, and mini-burgers as they sipped mimosas and welcomed new faces to the Elite Squad!

The Scarab Club's Treena E led yelpers on a tour through the building -- and the many stories -- of the club, wrapping up on the top floor with a peek into one of the private artist studios. Yelpers then returned to the courtyard garden for art and fashion related give-aways and the waning light of sunset.
