Vancouver Elites Bond--with 007 Flair

Last night, Vancouver Elite's and their guests feasted their eyes on the high flames of the sautée station as they judged 3 James Bond inspired martini's, ultimately choosing "Diamonds Are Forever" for Shakin' Not Stirred's new feature drink. Between sips and bites, Elites dolled themselves up to have their Bond-esque portraits snapped. 

     

U'Luvka shook up the night pouring Vodka martinis that went down smooth and was the definite star of the show.  And Elite's worked at spying some Bond Trivia answers for some swank: Rachael T took home the grand prize -- a $50 gift certificate (from Shakin' Not Stirred, our glamourous hosts for the evening), Raymond O scored 2 tickets to Stand-Up for Change (Boundless Film's Comedy Night) and a Polar Ice prize pack went to Scott B. 

      

And what did we all learn from our Trivial Pursuits? That the 00 in 007 is given to members of the Elite 00 Section and are licensed to kill...or in our case licensed to "bond."
