Yelp Community Blog: Toga, Toga, Boston!

Elite yelpers do not mess around! When asked to don their sauciest sheets and show up at Ivy Restaurant for some Italian tapas and good company, Elite Bostonians rounded up some lovely guests and came out in droves! With a line forming down the block before the doors even opened, togas of blue and red, printed florals and even some neon streamed down Temple Street! Once inside, "Everyone let loose, danced, drank, and partied like there was no tomorrow," according to Erin M.

The night started with glasses of red, white and rose provided by MS Walker and Ruby Wine s. Tasty tipples from our (very very) good friends at St. Germain were sipped by all, as Arestia R proclaims they "were the epitome of summer - drinks fit for the gods!" The music was bumpin' thanks to our music maven K.C . Hallett, and it wasn't long before the floor was full of booty-shaking fun!

Tasty nibbles were noshed all night long courtesy of Chef Marc and his amazing staff at Ivy, with most oohs and ahhs being directed at tray after tray of nibbles from the kitchen! Or as Quinn E puts it, "The snacks were delicious, fancy steak on a fresh potato chip with gorgonzola stands out!"

A big, big thank you to our host, Ivy Restaurant and their attentive staff, Lauren, Augusto, Doug, Patima, Ryan and Randy! Even co-owners Will and Patrick dropped in to say hello! Hats off to St. Germain, MS Walker and Ruby Wines for providing the liquid courage needed to come out and party in public in our finest sheets! And finally, a high-five to Peter D, our Brooklyn Community Manager for coming up to help us out!
